Pottery Studio

Nestled in the beautiful Surrey Hills, Wildcroft Pottery is operated by Lucy Hogan in her garden studio in Witley to teach adults and children the skills of producing hand made pottery.

Lucy has been a keen potter for the over 40 years, predominantly creating hand built pieces using techniques such as pinching, coiling and slab building. Lucy is passionate about enabling others to find their hidden creative talents whilst benefiting from the relaxing benefits of making pottery.

The studio provides ample space for six students and is fully kitted out with equipment and a large kiln required to produce hand built pottery. Equipment, aprons, clay, glazes, firing and refreshments are all provided and included in the cost.

Lucy teaches the skills of hand building pottery to adults  on a weekly basis in the studio. Classes are aimed at beginners or those wanting to refresh their skills, although those with more experience are more than welcome to make pieces of their choice at their own pace Click here to find our more and book a class.

She also runs private lessons (1 or 2 people) and group/family sessions for adults and children over 7 in the studio. Click here to find out how to make arrangements.

If you haven’t tried pottery before and want to have a go before committing to a course sign up to a 2.5 hour Taster Class to see what you think.

If you have any queries or can't find the class time you want please get in touch and Lucy will be happy to help.
